Eastminster is located on the east side of Columbia on Trenholm Road between Gervais and Beltline.

It may be reached by:

• Following Gervais Street from town. Eastminster is less than half a mile from the intersection of Gervais and Trenholm Road, on your right.
• Exiting off I-20 onto Two Notch Road. Turn left onto Decker Boulevard, and then make an immediate right onto North Trenholm Road. Drive approximately five miles to the 3200 block. The Church will be on your left.
• When arriving by Highway 378 from Sumter, follow the highway, as it becomes Garner's Ferry Road. Turn right onto Cross Hill, then left onto Beltline Boulevard. Turn left onto Trenholm Road. The church is approximately six blocks down on your left.
